The popularity of residing in Bandra, Mumbai and its surrounding areas lends itself to being one of the best retail locations in Mumbai. The Bandra Area is one of the most affluent locations in the city and in turn is home to many international brand stores, jewellers, night clubs, restaurants, cafes, gyms, salons, etc. If you are looking to open up a retail location in Mumbai, then Bandra West, Khar West and Santacruz West should be at the top of your list.
Although it is largely residential and retail-driven, there are smaller office spaces in Bandra West, Khar West and Santacruz West that usually top out at about 3,000 square feet.
If your organization is looking for larger office space (5,000 to 10,000 square feet) and/or at a more reasonable price, we would recommend Bandra East, Khar East and Santacruz East.

The Bandra Area is one of the most centrally located areas in Mumbai. To the north is Juhu, Andheri and Powai. To the South is the Sea Link Bridge that connects it with South Mumbai. This Area is a short 15 minutes away from the domestic airport and 20-25 minutes away from the international airport. The Sea Link Bridge connects this area with Worli located in central Mumbai – making it very easy to live in this Area and commute to Central or Lower Mumbai. The Bandra Area is relatively close to both the domestic airport which is 15 minutes away and the international airport which is about 25 minutes away.
